THE OMEGA PORTAL (A Near Death Experience Opens a Communication Bridge with a Multidimensional Being) consists of a delightful, quirky, deeply spiritually-explorative–yet often simultaneously light-hearted dialog–between Anonymous, to whom the Near Death Experience mentioned in the book’s subtitle, occurred. Also taking place are subsequent multidimensional conversations with a being the author named the ‘Omega Consciousness’. Also participating in the exchanges is Anonymous’ s weekly coffee-date friend, who became so intrigued discussing the unique content of these experiences it was suggested that together these two individuals do a weekend-long marathon talk about it while recording themselves, at which point the friend would then compile the material into a book. And so they have…and what a book it is. Filled with all kinds of fascinating information–regarding the nature of reality, including questions the reader might not even know they had until coming across the captivating responses provided by Omega.
Questions contained include: the desire to have a hand in creating someone else’s reality, parasitic energies operating on the spiritual plane, the biological impact of nanoplastics, chemicals, and other commercialized pollutants–the latter which may soon have mobs with pitchforks and lawyers addressing those who have for centuries been producing and selling such items without regard to their impact, etc. Reluctant to be seen as any kind of guru delivering ‘Truth’ with a capital ‘T,’ however, the crafters of this volume are quick to point out that what’s on offer here may or may not be infallible. In fact, author and interviewing collaborator are so dedicated to the importance of this disclaimer, the point is reiterated many, many times: readers should not blindly trust what appears within the pages of this book, they must always, always check the validity of each point by referring to their own internal “tuning fork.” Sage advice. Yet if there is any flaw to the volume, it’s the overall number of times such provisos are repeated throughout, which can seem like back-peddling, as they are stipulated directly following and preceding profound ideas as they are introduced. On the whole though, the repartee between author and interviewer flows smoothly in a reader-friendly and often humorous way as these two folks–for whom not much personal background is revealed–share a sense of the kind of people they are, as well as the nature of their budding friendship, by the tenor of how this collaborative effort unfolds.
A sometimes wry and witty, sometimes controversial, and often riveting read, THE OMEGA PORTAL by Anonymous provides an expansive amount of potential answers to ponder for those seeking clarity around age-old spiritual questions.
