Toward a Model of Constitutions

Falling somewhere between a civics text book and law for the layman, William Kuttikadan’s TOWARD A MODEL CONSTITUTION attempts to lift the veil on the premises on which a modern constitution is constructed. In his text, which builds upon its own concepts as it progresses, Kuttikadan starts from rights and assumptions underlying democracy, and builds upon this with a wide range of aspects taking in things like human nature, foreign influences, regulations, and the importance of contextual environment which is all well worth exploring.
