Think voodoo and Louisiana, entwined suspense and romance. Those combinations guarantee that heroine Laurie-Marie De Verteuil will be visited by the macabre, nightmares, and strange physical afflictions–all causing her divorce. Though readers are left hanging at the end of RECLAMATION, three novelettes, De Verteuil’s post-marriage love life seems fairly robust, once the weird creatures are banished.
