What’s the book about? Give us the “pitch”.
In this conversational and life-changing book, you will learn the unique tools and techniques to calm your painful anxiety behaviors.
Penned from both sides of the therapeutic couch. From age 5, struggling with my separation anxiety behaviors, I have drawn together the most powerful selection of strategies into one enormous bundle of calmness squeezed into one book for those suffering from stress, anxiety, or panic disorder. Showing you how to break free from your anxious behaviors and enjoy a calm, happier healthy life.
What inspired you to write the book?
I was inspired to write the book to reach a wider audience than my immediate clients to help those suffering from anxiety.
What’s the main reason someone should really read this book?
The main reason for someone to read this book is to find easy yet proven powerful tools to be able to break their difficult anxious behaviors that work.
When did you first decide to become an author?
In 2019, I never believed I was clever enough to write a book and two successful books later if only I believed earlier.
Is this the first book you’ve written?
This is my second book. My first book is called Bulimia Sucks! which is a self-help book for those in recovery from an eating disorder.
What do you do for work when you’re not writing?
I am a psychotherapist, master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, hypnotherapist, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner.
What’s the best and the hardest part of being an indie?
The hardest part of being an indie is learning to market the book, but the most exciting part is when you achieve your goals and gain positive recognition from readers.

Believe you can and you’re halfway there.
Is there something in particular that motivates you (fame? fortune?)
To be able to help others how in the past I have been helped.
