In the thriller, SERPENTS OF OLD, former firefighter Tom’s life is thrown into chaos when his two children go missing and he gets caught up in an elaborate web of corruption. The relationship between Tom and his dog Mags is touching and the action moves along quickly, keeping the reader on the edge of their seat. The author does a great job in depicting Tom’s desperate search for the truth and his struggle to overcome his grief.
