THE IMAGINATION THIEF by Rohan Quine is an interesting experiment in multi-media storytelling. Augmented with audio and video formats via links within each chapter of the e-book, the tale “reads” more like an extended dream than literary fiction with standard plot elements, but the premise is enticing: hypnotic mind control via newly empowered eye-to-eye contact with Jaymi, an unusual main character. Overall the book is a unique experience, especially for those who enjoy being read to by the author &/or being able to watch him tell the tale.
