IR VERDICT:
THE FORGOTTEN FEDERATION, a product of the Fiction Factory Inc., has everything that’s fun about superhero stories: action, aliens, lively dialogue, robots, humor, and most importantly, a lineup of larger-than-life characters with real heart. The story moves at a brisk pace despite its reliance on early exposition dumps, but is clever enough to be forgiven for its faults. Within the superhero genre, so often dominated by darkly serious tales, THE FORGOTTEN FEDERATION is a breath of fresh air.
