IR VERDICT:
Concise, useful, and rooted in sound neuroscience, THE COACHING HABIT gives clear, effective, and practical advice, leavened with dry humor, on how to move into a more open, empowering coaching style of management. The book is easy to read, with pragmatic and specific guidance on how to build good coaching habits in everyday interactions with others. Its only flaws are a plethora of fonts and a tendency to over-advertise itself (including an intrusive request for an Amazon review in the middle of the book rather than decorously at the end)
