QUOTABLE: 20 YEARS OF BLACK AND WHITE offers a plethora of quotations to stimulate hearts and minds and motivate. The quotes are in chronological order of the date they were released by the company over the past 20 years, starting from 1993 when Quotable began. There are more than 100 quotes from great thinkers. Mahatma Gandhi, Neale Donald Walsch, Buddha, Henry David Thoreau, Galileo, George Burns, Carol Shields, Jack Kerouac, Walt Whitman and Alexandra Stoddard are some of the bright minds that inspire, motivate and make you laugh.
There’s the motivational: “The best way out is always through,” By Robert Frost.
The very wise proverb: “Worry is like a rocking chair. It will give you something to do, but it won’t get you anywhere.”
There’s the inspiring: “The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” That quote is from Buddha.
Each quote is displayed differently in this picture book. The pages are in black and white, and the quotes are written in different styles and scripts and arranged on the page beautifully.
QUOTABLE – which received honors from The National Indie Excellence Book Awards and the International Book Awards – can be read in one sitting. You will be drenched with inspirational words page after page.  Another way to read the book would be to open a random page every day and fall under the spell of one message at a time.
Not only does QUOTABLE feed the soul but, it’s beautifully designed too, and would be a perfect coffee table book or gift for any book or word lover. This book gets word lovers to fall in love with words all over again.
